About Us

Pay It Forward — No Strings Attached was founded in 2007 by a group of Madison-area women who individually have overcome challenges sometime in their lives and know, firsthand, that “you are not your circumstances.”


Today, we enjoy helping other women in  need of an immediate boost. This is accomplished by granting small, anonymous gifts to deserving strangers — with no strings attached.

We hope that if our recipients are ever in a position to help another woman, instead of paying us back, they will “pay it forward” by helping a woman as they have been helped.


With our contributions, we hope women in need will feel the force of the many women who cheer them on.

Donations Accepted

"Pay It Forward Dane County - No Strings Attached" accepts financial and in-kind donations from the general public though, the organization, by choice, is not registered as a tax-exempt nonprofit.  Therefore, donations are not tax deductible.
